Wilmington Swim Academy

A swim lessons program was first established by UNCW Coach Dave Allen in 1978. Now, more than forty years later, the original swim lessons program continues as Wilmington Swim Academy, under the leadership of UNCW swimming alum Bobby Guntoro. Wilmington Swim Academy will continue to provide swim lessons at the UNCW pool while also promoting safe, fun, and fast swimming in the Wilmington community and beyond. In addition to swim lessons, Wilmington Swim Academy will host weekend swim clinics, lead a master’s swimming program, and bring training camps to distant locales.
